As a women who watches her weight, I think you could do all the things they tell us not to do. You could eat after 7pm-you won't burn off the calories before bed/eat carbohydrates and fatty foods together-they will digest slower/ drink soda's and juice drinks (and eat foods) containing High-fructose corn syrup- also hydrogenated oils these are difficult to digest and form fat (in us who don't want it). Yet being a mom of four healthy young adults I agree with the person who said "age will change your body"-it's a guarantee!!

Big breakfast (at least 3 egg whites) + plus other fave
Lunch- Brown rice with fish/meat and veg
Dinner-potatoes /meat/corns + veges
snack during mid morning --10 am nutriment or any weight gain drinks
snack - 3.oo pm candy bars + another weight gain drink
You must exercise for at least 15 minutes a day- best running !!
Milk and cookies at 10 pm !!

I think slim is very cute. I don't think men should bulk up and do all that protein drink stuff. Most guys I know that look like you are stuck with it. Some of them try to lift weights to get more definition. Be happy the way you are! All us women don't like bulky guys.

I wouldn't worry too much, given time you'll be thinking how to get rid of the extra pounds you put on..
I was the same when i was young, now i'm over 30 i need to work v hard to keep the "beef" off...
