I worked in a restaurant and saw first-hand what one of the cooks would do to plates that were sent back to him...let's just say he took it very personal. After seeing that, I will never send anything back...

About a month ago my family and I went to go eat at this restaurant. So we get their and order our food, we wear all very hungry and couldn't wait for our food to get to our table. So when it finally came we all started eating and enjoying our food. When all of a sudden I spotted something black in my food. I took it out it was so nasty!!! It was a dead fly in my food, so I told the server about it and all she could do was say "OH IT IS ISN'T IT". I was so upset and my hunger just vanished.. She then asked me if I wanted something else, so I said no thanks. But ever since then my husband tries to take me out to eat but I just can't at least for a while. I rather cook my own meal knowing who the cook is I will eat more comfortable.

Yes, once at Fridays. I ordered steak but it tasted like all they did was cook it. They didnt season it or anything. It had to have been just that day because i had eaten there before. I just got something else instead. They were nice about it, so i wasnt worried.

yes, a lot actually, not wanting to. I always wonder, except i dont send food back at a nasty restaurant they are always nice ones, so i like to assume they have better people working there, and lots of times you can actually SEE inside the kitchen. which is nice.

Yeah. I did at a chinese restaurant. I ordered orange chicken, but I guess I am so used to Panda Express. So, when I got it, it was totally different. I sent it back and got Beef and Broccoli. It was yummy. Even if they put a pube in it.....lol.....groosss!

No, because I have heard of so many stories. My sister worked at KFC and just because some guy was annoyed by the girl that called in her order, he made sure to spit in her coke. My sister seen him spit in it and then give it to her, the lady obviously drank it. SO never be rude to the people making your food, don't take things back or send them back, not unless you can watch them making it!!!!!!

Yes I had to do that once because the food wasn't fresh enough but I was never worried about what they did to it.
