We dont have a garden. We bury them under a tree. We have moved, but we dont tell renters in our rental property that our cat is in the back.

There is no telling what is buried in peoples yards. I told the people where we buried our pets when we moved because it bothered me that they may need to dig there and dig up their bodies!!!!! We now have in our back yard under the oak tree 3 dogs, a cat, a duck, a hamster, a goat, a bird. . . . .All with little rocks for tombstones. Nothing wrong with loving your animals.

I used too when I had pets. I never told the new owners. I buried a rabbit in an army ammo box so that would have been fun to find.

Mine tend to be buried at my sister's house. They built it and have been there for 30 years - so she's more stable as a cemetary custodian than I.

Yes, my mother does. She's buried four cats, complete with crosses!!! I don't know what we'll do when we move her out. Rip out the cross and plant petunias, probably!
