Recently I found several coins with the eagle and swastika on them that were made during Hitler's reign. and are obviously of German make, According to the writing on them which is in German. Any idea how I can determine their value?

you would have to find a collector of German coinage from that period and have them evaluated. There no way to know without a visual inspection of both sides by a professional

If you think they are valuable, you should visit a coin expert and have them appraised. However, to get a quick idea, you could visit eBay and see if anything similar is up for auction.

It didn't look promising. Several coins, even silver plated, were going unbid at well under $10. :-(
