Why should we feel sorry for a man who was doing what he loved. He knew the risks, and he took them. I do however feel bad for his wife and children.

Whether it comes as a huge shock that he died in his very risky line of work doesn't mean that anybody shouldn't feel bad for a guy whose chest and heart were suddenly slashed open by a serrated, razor-sharp weapon. Serrated weapons don't just cut: they tear; and watching a person in a good mood suddenly being ripped apart can't be easy to get over. I don't think that if you or I were there, we would have come away from it feeling okay.
Anyway, yeah. Of course lots of people expected him to die in his line of work. It was dangerous. He still loved it and he really helped animals while he was alive. I feel sorry for anyone who loses their life to injury, even if they did know the risk involved. It can't feel "good".

I do feel bad for his family, but I also like the idea, as James Dean said, live fast die young. He went out on top and doing something he loved, and didn't have to grow old in a nursing home, drooling into a cup.

relies upon what you recommend by employing "racist". Tribalism is prerational. Objecting to this evolutionary instinct does not make one "rational" it in basic terms capacity you arbitrarily assigned moral content cloth for your thoughts. those with a good experience of ancestral id are easily happier.
