Last night after intercourse my fiance complained that he had a pain in his groin area. Then he stood up and felt himself and realized that his testicle had receded. Then he started pulling on it and it fell back down. Has this happened to anyone? What does this mean? He's really freaked out!! Please help!!! Thanks!!

First off, Sorry that this is too much information. I was just trying to get the point of is that why? Secondly, he has an appointment i'm just curious to find out before we go. Thirdly, I'm pregnant and i'm really sensitive right now and reading some of your answers kinda makes me sad. So please be nice!

Testicles can recede into the body, but that usually only happens when the temperature around the scrotum gets too cold. If it is causing pain, it could be the sign of a more serious problem. Seeing a urologist is likely a good idea.

Sorry too much information ! Get him to go and see his doctor.
EDIT I am so sorry I did not mean to upset dear. Being pregnant can make you feel very teary and that's bad enough and you really don't need to get upset not in your condition. .

i think its best to have it checked out professionally. i know someone who had a problem with veins on his teticles which caused severe pain. the veins had started to tangle which restricted the blood flow and he still occasionaly gets the pains. hopefully its not something that he should worry about too much!

He needs to go see a doctor ASAP, this could be due to a number of things and some can even be fatal....Get him checked out urgent ! !

My scrotum hangs lower on one side, I notice the same thing after doing it doggie style,gets twisted or something,it doesnt happen every time though.

This is common but he should check to see if he may have a hernia...Then in that case he needs immediate attention.

It's happened to me before. Nothing to worry about as it "drops"back down soon enough... Just be gentle with him, cause no doubt he'll be para the next time you have sex.

i have never had that happen but mann i bet he was in alot of pain!! go see a doctor about it jus to be safe
