To everyone talking about how a lot of people died and so on and so forth . . . Thousands if not millions of people are dying everyday. So as you attempt to pay tribute to those who have lost loved ones Sept. 11, 2001, remember that there are women, men and children dying at this moment and no one bothers to give a s**t about them. Every year, thousands of faceless --- nameless people are cremated and buried together because no one cared about them. Death ultimately can't be prevented ---don't get me wrong I have just as much respect for the dead as anyone else, if not more than some. So if you want to pay respect for those whose lives had been cut short, or that have died unjustly . . . remember that it's still happening, it happens everyday . . . No matter what, almost everyone has been by Sept. 11, whether you knew someone personaly or knows someone that did . . . I just can't see how some people can only justify the mourning of those people when everyday there are people dying in unjustly acts. Is it because of the multitude of people that died? What is it? Not too far from my school there was a woman who was brutally stabbed and murdered by a guy she knew on a highway during the middle of the day. He pulled the car over and killed her in front of any and everyone to see, it happened about four months ago but nobody cares about it now. Then, in a city a few minutes from mine, there was a woman who was killed over her baby. Someone pretty much cut her open and took her eight-month-old baby . . . and left her on the bed that way. People pretty much went d*mn and moved on. I guess I just want to see if anybody gives a d*mn about what else is going on ---if not in the world your own town?

Yesterday I worked and went to see my nephew play in a baseball game.
The Sept. 11th event was an attack on the U.S., our whole nation, and on a "landmark" (World Trade Center) if you will; it was a hugh tragedy and the people as a nation mourn as a whole. This event changed the world we live in and everyone's lives to some extent. I care about what happens in my own community and our nation. There is alot of death occurring everywhere and I know this and most of it nobody hears about and if they do, they forget about it. Those most close to the victims remember and their lives change.

I went to work. It is sad how people died that way on September 11th. The reason they keep rembering it is because it happened to alot of Americans where as the other people may be one or two peolpe out there. We should feel bad for all the others that die everyday.

It is rather harsh of you to think that the rest of us do not recognize what is going on around us and that we do not grieve for the losses around the world.

Every one has been touched by grief and NO ONE can question how they deal with that pain...

Strength is found in the ability to move on

Just another day in my very dull life. I really don't do much tv so was not reminded of it every 5 minutes--except on Q&A and I just skipped over those questions.
