I thought it was the undercover cop (Mr Orange)?
Or does Mr White fire twice? Because he was definitely pointing his gun at Eddie's dad in the standoff, that's why Eddie was aiming at him ("Don't you point that gun at my Dad!")
Guess you'll just have to watch that scene frame by frame to find out. I think White fires first, killing Dad, Eddie fires at White, wounding him and Orange shoots Eddie in the back, killing him.
White definitely kills Orange, though, and Pink didn't make it either.

Joe shoots Mr. Orange, Mr. White shoots Joe, Nice Guy shoots Mr. White, Mr. White turns as he's falling and shoots Nice Guy.

It's scripted that Mr White shoots him. When they were filming however the squib went off too soon and so it seems as though no-one shoots him Tarantino said it's one of those questions to be pondered over.

actually, no know really knows if he shot eddie or the cops. Very good film.
