Yes, I have. There were some men that I work with who were constantly harrasing us women. I work in a small auto factory and there were only like 10 women compared to the 60 or 70 so men that we worked with. At first they weren't doing these things towards me personally, but I would sit back and watch these older women just take it, everyday. I got fed up with it and said things back to them about what they were doing to these other people. Then the comments and things became directed towards me, all because I was sticking up for the other women. Finally I had had enough and I went to our human resources department and told them if they weren't going to do something about what was going on, I was going to the cops." I was mad as hell and I wasn't taking it anymore." Well what do you know, one male employee was fired and others were reprimanded. We haven't had much of a problem with that since then. I just couldn't take being harrased everyday and the other women were thankful somebody finally spoke up about it. I think they were there so long that they were afraid to speak up for themselves, but I wasn't!!!!!!
