I live in Korea and at most restaurants you sit on the floor with a low table.
Now, I am taller than most Koreans and find this very uncomfortable after 10 minutes!
Also, I've noticed that even they get uncomfortable after a while - especially if there are a lot of people at one table and leg room (width wise) is limited.
I would suggest longer tables and a chair with no legs as part of your design!

That is a Japenese style. Japenese and Chinese sytles are quite different as I understand it. If you type in Chinese furniture into a google site lots of sites come up of places which sell them. This might help give you some ideas of the type of styles you are looking for.
Here's one I found, obviously you can't copy the designs but they should give you some ideas of the style.

No they don't.
Regarding Chinese furniture :
Ming furniture has a classic simple design. Look at the their distinctive chairs - horse shoe or scholar hat are my favourites.
Qing furniture is more ornate with lots of carvings. Sorry - but I don't know any websites on this.

"Cinese-Japanese Patato-Patato"
If you think Chinese and Japanese are the same thing, you *really* need to expand your knowledge of the world, kid. Not to mention learning how to spell. Don't be one of the idiots who think that all people of Asian descent are the same.
