Forced choice tests are biased and unfair to the extreme.
Many companies use so called "Personality Tests" in their pre-hire stage. The questions are all closely related, usually to do with stealing from company and how you would treat customers.
Many of these questions cannot simply be answered with Agree/disagree, without allowing the individual to give an explanation of his/her reasoning.
A good example would be:
You never get angry with your customers.
Now, how am I supposed to answer that? Of course I get angry with some of my customers, people are generally idiots, especially when they walk into a retail store. It's like this litte switch pops and they lose 100IQ. However, I would never treat any customer with disrespect, or let on that I am angry with them for any reason. So, I can A) Lie and say AGREE, or B) I can tell the truth and say Disagree, in which case, I fail the test because it makes it out to seem like I am an angry person and would not make a good customer service employee.
As I said, these questions are extremely unfair to force upon people who have no choice but to lie their way through it in order to answer how they feel the employer would like them to answer.
Please, if you are considering using one of these, do not. Take the time instead to conduct a full face to face interview and see what your gut tells you about the person you are interviewing. Give them a 1 week probationary period if you find you enjoyed the interview, and see if things work out. Worst case, you will have to let them go.
