This is a high school world history question, They say Pre-history period is 4000000 bc - 8000 bc so my guess is that history began in 8000bc but not exactly sure.

The big bang is when the universe started, world history is only about earth which is much younger than the universe. I would say a little less than 4 billion years ago world history started. That is when the Solar system including the earth was formed

I would say World History began one moment after the World came into existance. Because, after that first moment passes, it becomes history.

Strange question....History is anything that happened before now.
If you mean RECORDED history, I think that was the Sumerians who were the first known civilization to invent writing and start recording events. This was sometime in the 4th millenium BCE. Nobody can EXACTLY when they first started making cuneiform markings on wet clay.

Pre-history refers to the time before that.

however history was recorded much much later
