Mainly Portugal, France AND Andorra, which IS considered an independent country. Practically also Great Britain and Marocco.
Gibraltar, a city in the south of the spain at the coast is British territory and Spain has two city's Ceuta and Melilla at the african continent boarding to marocco and the Mediterranean sea.

I thought Spain was bordered by countries.
Incidentally not too sure about Andorra, its just a historical hiccup, hardly a country, more an autonomous region slap between France and Spain.
