Depends. My 'earliest' signs of pregnancy came at about 7-8 weeks....so in my case, my earliest sign of pregnancy was a positive pregnancy test when I missed my period. The first things I started feeling was really sore breasts, and morning sickness - this morning sickness isn't like just feeling queasy though. It's more like "I am so so so so so so hungry that if I don't eat, I will puke".

I was sick and it was real strange. I had a fever it was like 84 degrees out and I was driving home with the heater on. When I got home to check my temp it was fine. This went on for about a week. I would have a fever then I wouldn't. My sister asked me if I was pregnant and I was like no way. I went to the doctor and he thought it was an infection. Well my sister asked me to take a pregnancy test and I was like ok but I know the results. Well my golly I was pregnant. But now that the baby is out and every time I get sick now they all think I'm pregnant again. Funny!!! Good luck!

My earliest sign was peeing all the time---literally like every 30mins to 1hr during the day, 3-4 times during the night. It started almost immediately. Also my abdomen ached like I had been kicked in the belly and the insides were sore.

Mine was nausea. And I just had a "feeling". I hadn't even missed my period yet. I took a Target Brand pregnancy test and it came out to be postitive very quickly.

For me it was an adversion to smells... things just started smelling different. My husbands cologne (I bought it for him, love the smell of it) suddenly smelled like cat pee to me for some reason. Then after that came the missed period and then morning sickness... each person is different though...
