Because she wears outlandish costumes that are fun to dress-up in.

Because she is tall, lanky, and has a medium basso voice. In addition, she has a liberal mind and a very wide spectrum of humour appreciation. She is not a George Bush fan and that pleases the body politic of our nation's transvestites. Were she to run for President or Vice President of the United States I doubt she would find any competition blocking her way. Public opinion polls would cheer her on and leave rivals such as Hillary in the dust.

Oh Please!!! Cher is just soooo camp! If you were a drag queen, wouldn't you like Cher? Or Diana Ross? Or possibly Dolly Parton?

My question is: what's up with the Streisand thing? She's a bit of a troll.

I always wondered that too. Also Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler and Madonna to name a few.

Because she looks like a tranvestite herself. No, I don't really know. I think they like her campy style and her music.

Probably because she's fun to imitate. She's flamboyant and they can dress up in her crazy clothes.
