Apparently some aliens landed one night at Bush's ranch in Texas and wanted all the cattle he had, because live stock on their home planet had dwindled drastically due to disease. They gave in return the precise location of various oil deposits, and Bush who was with Dick Cheney and some other government officials, at the time, decided that it was best to keep the whole thing quite, and told the Secret Service to cover up any evidence that there had been aliens in the area.

No- but I have read "The Biggest Secret" so I understand on some level what you are talking about and have read numerous case files about people on this planet that have had their own personal experiences. I do not beleive all these people are lying.
This is just one I have researched.

One Waco, Texas rancher said he encountered two four-foot tall, light green-colored 'creatures' with large, black, slanted eyes, carrying a calf which was later found dead and mutilated. In 1983, a Missouri couple watched through binoculars as two small beings in tight-fitting silver suits worked on a cow in a nearby pasture. The alien heads were large and white in color.
