I heard this morning in the fox11news, Dorothy say?

Something about a tsumani test taking place today or tommorow
around 10am . Where is this test taking place city or state and when @ what time, need more information.

Fox probably said that they was going to be a test of the alarm system that would alert people in the area where a tsunami was approaching.
