There is really much more involved in this than you might think, and in many cases, medical expenses only are covered, and other costs relating to the pregnancy. You will have to give yourself shots daily for a long period of time. You will also need to consent to extensive psychological testing. For one thing, you must have already had children, be financially stable, and be of a healthy body weight. If you are overweight, they will not do it. The medical procedures that they use are very difficult and have a low success rate in overweight women. You have to be over 21.

You are really brave, I personally cannot beging to imagen how it would feel like to give up a baby, the thought makes me want to scream-it's a good thing though that there are women like you out there as you can truly help other-good luck

I believe that you have to have had at least 2 kids of your own, and go through medical testing to be eligible.
