Fast food is bad for you. And it makes us all into lazy people in the kitchen. I cook all my meals for myself and my family each day, three meals a day. Once a month or once every 2 months they talk me into ordering a pizza, but that's it (and most times my kids and I make our own anyway). My kids are not allowed to eat McDonalds, Burger King, or any other fast food joint.

McDonald's french fries. Arby's jamoca shake. Sonic's slushies (especially cranberry & cherry). And then a local mom & pop joint on main street that has take out for their home-style cheeseburgers made from 100% real angus beef. Yummy. All within three miles of my house & I'll stop at several places to get an entire meal put together. It's times like that though, when I really like Texas....but I still wish it wasn't so hot.

Where I live, lots of farm land, we don't have a whole lot of fast food. I got to drive close to an hour before I hit one and that's a Sonic. Dem Burgers are good, but I had the Wendy's once and goddamn! that was a good burger.

Who cares? Almost ALL fast food is practically 'artificial food' that makes billions for the corporations who absolutely DO NOT have our best interests at heart. Stay away as much as you can!

Taco Bell... Got to have a Crunch Wrap Supreme with beans instead of Beef, or a 7 layer burrito. When I'm hungry, then both! :)

i stopped eating fast food after learning about all the stuff that is really in there... before that I preferred Wendy's.
