Go to a doctor. Diarrhea is not normal. That's what you have. It could be that your bowel movements have simply changed after a major event, which happens to a lot of people, but it's not good to have diarrhea at all, let alone on a regular basis. you need to go to a doctor, drink less caffine (no pop or coffee), drink water every six hours to minimize water in the bowels, and eat more red meat. Red meat hardens the bowels. Hamburger and steak are red meat. Eat as much red meat as you can. The red meat will work the fastest. When the red meat kicks in, you will feel so much better. It feels really good passing hard bowels.

Maybe you should get a colonoscopy. That way you can know fot sure that this isn't related to colon cancer. But here are some things that could be causing it:

Diarrhea is any form of loose or watery stool, and is all too common. Acute diarrhea with a sudden onset is often caused by something eaten, such as food poisoning, viruses or bacteria as in infectious diarrhea or traveler's diarrhea, or even surprisingly by constipation. Chronic diarrhea that is ongoing could be any of numerous problems such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetic diarrhea, certain medications, or various other underlying conditions. See also the full list of conditions with symptoms of diarrhea.

Diarrhea is potentially serious if it leads to dehydration or electrolyte imbalances. This is true especially in infants, children, the elderly, or other at risk groups.

Diarrhea--loose, watery stools occurring more than three times in one day--is a common problem that usually lasts a day or two and goes away on its own without any special treatment. However, prolonged diarrhea can be a sign of other problems.

Some of the possible causes of Diarrhea are included in the list below:
Simple reasons for diarrhea include:
Anxiety
Stress
Some common reasons for acute diarrhea include:
Infectious diarrhea
[See full list of 101 causes of Diarrhea]
Detailed information about the causes of Diarrhea including medication causes and drug interaction causes can be found in our causes pages.

With a diagnosis of Diarrhea, it is also important to consider whether there is an underlying condition causing Diarrhea. Underlying medical conditions are other medical conditions that may possibly cause Diarrhea

Could be hormonal...I would talk to your doctor about it and I bet you can get some help with the problem. Some women have loose stools during or right before their periods. It's because of the hormonal changes. I hope you get it taken care of....good luck!

Its just a part of nursing. Things will get back on track once he's weaned. And no more fiber OK...fiber makes you poop a lot.

As long as it's not watery, it is completely normal. Our body changes with each child. I got a new beauty mark when I had each child of mine. And in weird placed. Actually my doctor always told me lose stools are better than hard. Lose is normal. Hard means not enough water. So you're just healthy.

I suggest you try eating more cheeses and yogurts. Adding white rice should help as well. While nursing, your metabolism is in hyper drive and you need to slow your gut a bit. The above should do it.
