My suggestion, is try a sport bra, they are less constricting and you still have on a bra so you wouldn't be lting to your mom

1. Your mom is right, if you don't want your breast reaching your knees wear your bra.
2. There are bras that can be clip by the front.
3. If those friends of you decide to jump from a bridge, Would you do the same?
4. Wearing your bra gives you a moral sense and gets you in a formal way of living.
5. If you are a real good girl and you promised you must fulfill your promise.

Really you should wear one! If not,yes your breasts will sagg and trust me its not nice to look at! So maybe you should give them a try for a year? If you still feel this strongly then do as you please, after all its your body~no one elses! But after some time, you forget your even wearing one anyway and as long as you wear deodrant and wash regularly.. I dont see why sweating should be a problem~we all sweat!! Being a good girl by the way does not mean you have to wear a bra,Im no saint yet I wont be seen dead without wearing a bra.. its not very attractive and to be perfectly honest.. if you dont wear one,do you not think you wont still sweat?

It's not a punishment. I know that it feels like it tthough. I'm 35 and still don't care for them but I do wear them. It sounds like this is something that your mom is really concerned about. Ask her take you to a nice store (maybe Victoria Secret or something) to be fitted for one that you can both agree on. There are tons of types and styles out there and you don't have to be uncomfortable. Also ask your mom if maybe you could try a sports bra for a little while as a compromise. This doesnt have to be a win or lose battle. Tel your mom what is uncomfortable about it and maybe you can find something different. I prefer the ones that cross in the back so the straps don't tend to give me problems.
I'm sure if you ask your mom about alternatives instead of telling her that don't want it at all she will be more understanding.

Definitely wear it, it will keep your breasts from being saggy later on.
Also, uncomfortable or not, if your breasts are large, you're going to have issues with people ogling so it's best to wear a bra for the sake of modesty.
As for the hooks in the back - have your mom show yu how to put it on. If you put the cup part behind your back facing down and bring the clasps around to the front, you can hook it in the front and then just slide the clasp around to the back. Then when the cups are in front all you have to do is slide your arms into the straps and put the cups on. Much easier than trying to do it from the back.

Have you tried the tank tops with the built in bra? They are supportive but don't feel like a bra, and are not as hot. And you can wear them in winter under other clothes too. There are also sports bras that pull over your head and have no clasps to bother with, and some of them are very cool and comfortable. These might be options that you and your mom can compromise with. She really does have your best interests at heart, gravity takes its toll on our breasts, and you really do need to have some support.

You don't sound very old, so I will say this... I had a friend in high school who wore a bra every day, but not a very supportive one. She soon became the running joke in our school because her breasts sagged far more than any teens breasts should sag! The moral of the story? Wear that bra and make sure it is a good one! You'll get used to it, you'll see!

my daughter didn't like the type of bra's I had bought her. maybe you and your mom need to look into a different type of bra. there are so many types out there today. some are so much more comfortable than others. maybe mom is an under wire woman and you are a sports bra? I bought my daughter sports bra's thinking they would be more comfortable sense she isn't that developed but just enough she needs something;) and it turned out she liked more of a real bra. maybe you and mom need to spend some time looking and trying on different types.
and there is a time that all girls need one boys DO TALK trust me I have a 14yr old and a 13 yr old they talk about the girls that don't wear them on gym days despite my trying to train them right.

You know what! You need to get over it! We all wear bras. It is no big deal. I have been wearing a bra since I was in 4th grade. I am now 33 years old. It is healthy to wear one. It supports your breasts. The easiest way to put on a bra is to turn it around so that the clips are in front of you. Clip it together and turn it around and put in on. I can't believe your mom wouldn't show you how to put it on. So just relax. And welcome to woman hood.

Your mother and most of these people are wrong! Breast sagging is caused by hormones released during pregnancy. I hardly wore a bra until I was pregnant with my first, there was NO sagging until I was pregnant at 26 years old.
Research the causes of breast changes, get to know and understand your own body.

My daughter felt the same way, but we found alternatives and compromises. The most obvious one are tank tops with built in bras or sports bras. There are also t-shirts with built-in bras.
Try some of those, they should give you the comfort you want and make your mother happy.
