Well first of all you are comparing a huge lizard with a small geaco (or did you mean gecko) I would guess an iguana. but you should be more specific as to the size and the native origin of the lizard.

monitor, iguana, croc, gator, gharial, caimen. I have a 5 foot savanna monitor and had a 7 foot 65 lb water monitor. They dont get much bigger than that in the pet trade. Crocs, komodo dragons, and gators get significantly larger but are not in the pet trade. Iguanas get up to 7 feet long, but 4 feet of that is tail.

those are called iguanas that can grow very large, our iguana named Shredder was 4 1/2 feet long.
