are you talking about in a video game? you are in a video game area...
if you are talking about in life, here's what you do.
first, if you're not used to it, which i gather you're not, you need to be on a rather large pad. if you fall, you will get hurt... but the pad has to be firm enough that you can land on your hands and "jump" off of your hands.
the best way to learn how is to start going into a backbend, but don't let your hands touch the floor. instead, when they are about a foot off the floor, and you're bent backwards looking UP at the floor, JUMP with your feet, and land on your hands.
obviously, when you first do this, you will not be looking, in the event you fall. and if you do fall, that's fine.
so you jump off your feet, and make sure you IMMEDIATELY land on your hands. as you land on your hands, PUSH the floor away from your head, as your feet move to the other side of your body.
if you do it right, your hands will have ... sort of ... JUMPED! and your body will be moving to land on your feet as they pass from in front of your body, over your head, and behind you
as you get better, you will be able to stand, and then jump backwards onto your hands... but! it is VERY straining on your wrists! you need to have VERY strong arms and wrists, and you'll hurt yourself a LOT, probably. it's all in the learning process
also, VERY IMPORTANT! always have a spotter. even in gymnastic meets, there are spotters, they're just farther away, and off the mat. generally, the spotter will be right next to you. when you are first learning, they should have their arm UNDER your back, and they should be supporting your weight until your wrists are strong enough to do it on their own
