I think that would be cruel, getting paint all over the baby, like that.
If you really have to, be sure to wash all the paint off!

RE:
Can you paint inside your house with an infant?
Not the same room of course. But can I paint other rooms, with good ventilation, or is it best to wait till the child is older or not in the house?

If you look on the paint container to see how to clean the brushes, if its says water then it is fine as there are normally no solvents (smelly gases) in the paint. Otherwise if you have to paint with oil based paint then get a member of your family to look after your child over a weekend. This will give it time for the smelly solvents to go. Keep the windows open and place bowls of water in the room your painting this will help soak up the solvents.

It's always best to have the baby out of the house, but as long as it's latex paint, it's okay. Just keep the baby as far away from the area you are painting and keep the windows open if possible.

I normally use a brush or a roller, but you can paint the inside of your house with an infant, It would probably be messy and take a lot more coats, I guess the real question is whats wrong with you wanting to paint with an infant

When my step-mom was painting her room she always shut the door and i wasn't allowed upstairs and this is when i was about 24 weeks i think that it wouldn't be a good idea to paint now i would wait.

The baby would probably be ok if you used good measures in doing so. But you may want to get someone to watch your baby. That way you can just concentrate on painting!
Good luck.

Just make sure the paint fumes aren't ventilating toward the baby. Keep the rooms completely sealed off from the other rooms in your house.

probably if you use latex paint, but if it is possible to have someone watch the baby, I definatly would. If not, call your baby's nurse and ask. They'll give it to you straight and you won't have to worry. That's what they are there for!!
