My brother is a long haul driver here in the states...His main complaint is time away from family and bad pickups (he was once scheduled to pick up a load of dairy in Ontario, Canada and the factory had a problem and he had to sit and wait four days for the load for which he was not paid). Other than that, he enjoys it. Of course, big difference between sometimes narrow Spanish streets and the US four lane interstate system....good luck!

Don't bother training unless you like long times away and on your own.
Stinking all the time and not eating properly.
Constantly tired.
I live in Spain on the Costa del Sol and theres loads of work if you look for it in all aspects of life.
Depending how old you are what you like doing get out there with some cards and hit all the bars and look in the local free papers for jobs.
