The US punishes or threatens to punish Iran for its nuke program but Iran has signed this treaty and allows inspections. Israel has never allowed any inspections of its facilities at Damona. And please, no Israeli rhetoric about Iran "wanting to wipe Israel off the map."

Because it's Israel. They have free reign to do whatever they want. And if oppose or against anything they want your an anti-semite or terrorist.
On the other hand the US and the west see's Israel as a strategic political partner. It's the only country in the Middle East that the west has strong ties to. It's our only barganing chip to keep those "pesky arabs" somewhat straight. So they give in to everything Israel wants. In reality most problems in the middle east stem from Israels murder and oppression of the Palestinian people.
