i'd rather have a condo at the beach..houses are just too much work.condos are nicer & more contained

House is better, its the same up keep, with a condo you pay it in your annuities, with a home you just hire people like to cut your grass. Its not bad, think about it, being in a condo Is like being in an apartment, especially if you like to entertain guest, then you have to turn your music down for respect of your neighbors above you or underneath you. I say a house most definitely its not bad at all, I just purchased a home 2yrs ago by myself and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! You just have your own personal space plus a garage!!!!!!!!!

A house! no question about it! I LOVE having privacy. We have several acres and a gorgeous view of the lake. I used to live in a neighborhood and I have lived in apartments, but having your own space is the ultimate. I wouldn't have it any other way!
