Actually, i have had that and i have found that the best one on the market is Clearasil (3 day thingie bob), by the way the 3 day thing really doesnt work but they clean your skin real well (the pads) and do eventually get rid of spots. I live in England i have tried Clean and Clear/Freederm/Avon Treatments/Oxy and i would personally recoment Clearasil. Hope this info helps ya m8

Wet your hands, lather them and then add a little bit if sugar to the mix. Makes an amazing facial scrub but don't scrub hard.
Also rub your face with a slice of tomato night and morning. Leave for a little while before rinsing off.

Apricot scrub and then a cleanser. Both you can get in a generic brand at Target. The Target brand works just as well and is half the price. If you use the scrub first then wash with a cleanser your skin will feel great.

Tea Tree products from Body Shop. Face wash first then use tea tree face scrub twice a week. Only use face wash to clean your face. Then a ROC 24 hour moisturiser with spf

St Ives Apricot Scrub for blemish prone skin. It's the best I've ever tried, and I've tried a LOT! They're £3.99 so not expensive and they're buy one get one free in Superdrug at the moment- bonus!

Avoid plastering your face with chemical garbage, go with a natural method if someone suggests one - some of them are exceptional. I have one, but it's not specifically for spots.

Little bit of advice though;-
Avoid Aspartame and Caffeine. Drink at least two litres of bottled still mineral water a day (people who tell you this water is a hype don't know what they are talking about). Finally, plenty of fresh air. Try and eat reasonably healthy foods.

Good luck!

the best ones ive found are the 'own brands' of shops - superdrug, boots, semi-chem (apologies if any of them are NI only - im not sure!)

theyre usually manufactured by the same people as make 'famous' brands, but are often a lot cheaper!!

Clean & Clear Daily Pore Cleanser is da bomb. It suds up nicely, and also has these tiny microbeads that massage the skin as they clean.

Now who sounds like a commercial?
