you cant stop them unfortunately, but what you can do is set up an obscure email address, then ensure that you dont use it anywhere like forums (and on here).

what the spammers do, is:

1) trawl the internet lifting email addresses form pages
2) try anything@domain.com (ie, mail@yahoo.com, mailing@yahoo.com)

there is nothing you can do to stop it, but dont ever click on the un subscribe link. this tells them that thye have a real email address, which they then sell. You can get many software programs called spam busters, these examine the headers (sender and recipient info of an email) and can determine whether the email is from a spoof address or not, though this is not 100% fool proof, and it can even take out legitimate mail

Spam is a major problem, and for the time being, there isnt much we can do about it

Depends on your mail client... look for ,"empty bulk mail" or something like that. Get a ,Gmail account.. lots of storage and free
options.. almost no spam or bulk gets into your message file .

the bulk mail is the spamm and crap you get ... it goes directly to the bulk instead of inbox ... so usually check it for any real messages that should have come to your inbox

Get a new email address and don't send any emails or sign up for anything with it. In other words, you can't.
