As the other posters said, buy a new TFT monitor because the water killed the capacitors or the system board.

The best thing is to to wait it out as it will dry, if this just happened try and tile it so the water would come out the same place it went in, otherwise get a hairdryer...usually it takes a couple of days if it is going to work again...(at least in may cases)

Most likely there is nothing you can do, except buy a new monitor.
But you can try to unplug it and let it dry totally. It might work after that but that is a big maybe...

Unplug it, and leave to dry for a long time - a few days. Then try it out. If it doesn't work, it probably is not worth repairing. Do not try and repair it yourself unless you are a qualified engineer. Which you obviously are not !

Dry your monitor in sunlight or with hair dryer and if still it doesn't work then take it to professional technician if it worth cheaper to buy a new TFT then dump your old monitor for new one.
