You dont sweetheart. Ive been there and done that and you dont want to be there. Its too much damage done. He will only turn around and do it again because you forgave him and he got you back, so now he will think that will always happen. Pick up and move on! Everything heals with time trust me :) Dont settle for something you dont deserve. A big world out there and many people will come and go. One will treat you much better than this man did

What you do to a guy thats has treatd u badly is to forgive and free yourself of hatred,if you don't forgive him you would be imprisoned with anger and hatred,its not to good for your health.Just let let go however he has treatd you,there are better days ahead of you,BE HAPPY.

I know for myself depending what your saying making you do things that you did not want to, if it was sexual get a lawyer involved no one has the right to force anyone to do anything they do not want to do male or female, and if it is not sexual, just ignore it, move on with your life its not worth it.

Treat him nicely. Act happy to see him. Don't go out with him. Make him suffer from the realization that you are unavailable to him, that he had his chance and he blew it. And never explain to him why you don't want to be with him.

if he's a keeper he will NEVER make you do anything you don't want to! If he tries to make you do things against your will, I'm afraid he probably doesn't love you and I'm sure you deserve to be with someone who will treat you like a princess!!

If this person continued to treat you bad leave him alone and never do anything you don't want to do. I don't know what it is but once again never do anything you don't want to do.

He is not worth it!! If any person makes you feel insecure or they are overstepping your comfort zone, they are not worth it, get him packing on his way! Mr Right is waiting for you and being stuck with Mr Wrong is getting you nowhere!

That is the best thing you can do for yourself.
