Perhaps it's a reference to Beyonce, the singer, who seems to to be everywhere these days, and has a new slimmed-down figure that many consider quite attractive? So they could be saying "I'm so hot" or popular, or stylish, etc.

Biased means prejudiced.
or can also mean across a woven fabric...but thats not the context in which you were using ..so a little bit of useless info really.
