Baby weight, menopause weight, chemo weight, dead thyroid weight...LOL...about 50 pounds worth!!!!

HA...I gotta agree with Char on this one. Three babies starting 24 years ago within four years of each other totally changed my body. Every single time I've fought to take off weight, it comes back on...can you say "yo-yo diet"? Now, as I'm nearing menopause, I know my body is going to change again and it will be harder still to take that weight off and keep it off. And now that I'm single again, too many men look at physical beauty instead of what's on the inside.

I think the only "weight" I have right now is fighting diabetes and high blood pressure. It's a job itself everyday. It's a constant uphill battle. However, I have a great family and good friends that watch after me. They don't let me get out of step. One or the other or all is there.

None now! In May of this year all my old baggage got resolved for the best!! What a load off, I did not realize how heavy it weighed on till it was gone. I am soooo blessed!!
