diet control
i suffer from migraines from child hood
i used to have migrains for 5 to 7 days continuosly
i even lost much of my sight
stated observin my diet n avoided surtain food
i avoid
eggs
french beans
chocolates
peanuts
cheese
and do follow a regular food intake regime
time to time intake of food will help maintain good health
drink lots of water
note down the the food which triggers migrain n the occurance of headaches
now my headaches r reduced to a day
n i get headaches once in three to four months
n try to avoid fried foods
u can eat fried things but limit for single pieces

get a massage then a chiropractic adjustment. Tell the LMT to work the lateral border, of the superior trapezious muscle. There should be a heck of what is known as a trigger point there. Once the muscles are reset visit your chiro to reset the nerves. Some chiropractors do soft tissue(muscle) work so you me able to one stop shopping.

Try a bath in epsom salt and apple cider vinegar. Put a cup to every 60 lbs. so if you weigh 120=2 cups. of each. sit in it for only 15 minutes, longer will make you sick. drink water while you do it though.

yeah......look online for accupuncture sites.theres spots on ur body that u can put pressure on and it will make ur head feel better.good luck
