Yes and no. I think that some people who do bad things have bad things done to them and some people who do bad things get away with it. It all depends on luck.
My ex-boyfriend left me for another female and carma came back at him because she ended up cheating on him! So in that case, what he did definitely came back to bite him in the a*s!
