my best advice to you is to call the tech line. I had so many complications when setting this up and they talked me through everything. I get most connection stuff, but this one made me clueless. The tech line is free, they are lifesavers. I have more hair because of them.
Step by Step they will help you out.

Try changing the channel your wireless operates on. Cordless phones can sometimes interfere with wireless if they are running on the same channel.

Could be that some phones and the microwave work on the same frequency. This can interrupt your connection.
