Every relationship is different, and the way people react and interact in relationships (sexually or not) depends on Social Constructs, of course, but it also depends on their agreements. As long as both ADULT individuals are happy, in agreement about their own boundries, honest.... well, there ya go. I happen to think it's really no one elses business. One can have intimacy without sex, and lots and lots of loving committed couples do.

You did not set parameters on your question - of course you can - a mother and son have a loving relationship and have no sex. A father and daughter do the same.
And even a couple can have a loving relationship and have no sex, it happens way more than we realize!
