I unquestionably have not at all heard of a sparkplug "flying" out. Did you have the automobile serviced those days? feels like a bone-head set up... or maybe an evil individual is messing with you? i might purchase a sparkling plug, screw it in tight, and positioned the cap back on. solid success!
