Anyway to build a Decent 5-7 screen one you have the estimate below, in crores
Delhi 5+2+1
Mumbai 5.25+02.25 +1.5
Chennai 4.25+3.5+.25
Kolkatta 4.5+1.25+1
Bangalore 4.5+2+1.1

No 1 Cost of building including land value
No 2 Bribe to be given to politicians and beuracrats to get the jobs done so that you can start and finish the project
No 3 Money to be given to rowdys and goondas so that they keep from interfering.
Note:
No3 had value as 0 in Chennai during Jayalalitha's rule while the amount had to be added to No2 instead. With the change of Govt the matter has changed

if u wanna start multiplex in ny metro city dn u must hv atleast Rs.5cr in ur pocket bt u can lso start it by usin ur brain n sm1 else's pocket
