What do you think should happen to rapists?? i personaly think they should have their d!ck cut off and maybe have "Bubba" come pay them a visit hmm...idk everyday??

also what do you think about the victim or the victims family being able to hurt the person since he did emotionally scar his victim for life..(i know that when my g.f was raped i was EXTREMLY INFURIATED...that guy moved out of town)

yes i am fully aware that their are female rapists too but, guys enjoy sex to much for it to be considered rape lol but thats off the subject.

I think that anyone who rapes a child deserves the death penalty.
I think that anyone who rapes an adult should be sent to a prisoin with a "work release" program. When on work release, they should be "chemically castrated" to protect society. The money they earn should be used victim's mental and physical healthcare. Additionally, their earning should be used for rehabilitative therapy for themselves. They should stay in prison until three mental health professionals agree that it is safe to release them.

The early pioneers had the perfect answer to your question. The rapist would be taken to an old abandoned barn. A team of horses would pull in a large section of log. Two deep holes were drilled in the log about an inch and a half apart. A quarter inch diameter iron rod was bent to make an oversize staple.
The rapist was made to straddle the log. His you-know-what was stapled to the log. A knife was stuck into the log within reach of the offender. They set fire to the barn and left.
There was only one way the rapist could save his life. If he got out alive he was free to go about his life - -- but he would never rape again.

ok me personally rapists should feel the most excruciating pain in the world...especially child rapists (they should actually be tortured to death) who cares about the "people can change" bullshit...victim's have to live with it everyday of their lives.
however...men aren't the only rapists...women rape too...i know just as many cases of male rapes as i do female rapes.
and sadly...some victim's even turn out to be rapists too.
my best suggestion is that victim needs to report the incident to someone fast....maybe get a mob hit on the perpatratior by someone else ...and get help fast. it will never help if the victim repays the abuse themselves.

I think rape and child sex abuse should be federal crimes. That way there is one prison where they put all the sex criminals instead of them being at every prison in protective care because the "general population" of the prisons would kill them. If they ARE the population of the prision no more special treatment. Saves money. Use the money save to house them for LIFE. No parole, no congical visits, no passes, no cable tv or the extras that many law abiding citizens live without.

I heard about a new law where I live for repeat offenders. Life in prison or get your balls cut off! This convicted child molester actually cut his own boys off with a pair of scissors. Tough choice, eh?
