Food...lots of it..buffet style preferred.
A good mix of music: Reggae, Calypso, Funk, Hip Hop, Mowtown and some good old slow jams!
Then of course a party is not a party without people!
It's always fun to play a few pranks too...get a whoopie cushion...it always brings out a belly-load of laughter!
