Here are my suggestions:
1. Tell your doctor that it's time to lessen your meds ! !
2. Get the spirit's name and find out how he died. It might give you clues as to why he's chosen YOU to go BOO!
3. As an absolute last resort, after you have considered suggestions one and two.......call GHOSTBUSTERS!!!!!
