Which bug tracking tool is better JIRA or Bugzilla?

What are the differences between two? Does any one know the features and benefits between two?

I've never used bugzilla, but I have used Jira, and it seems so incredibly user friendly, easy to maintain, it's web-based, so it can be accessed from anywhere. Plus, it can handle very complex projects in a neat and orderly fashion.

I'm using Bugzilla. Its ok... get's the job done.
