Sony announced that they are planning to have 2 million PS3 units available for launch, and another 2 million by end of 2006.
The $600 Version is chromed out with other extras!

Jan 07. The industry is to the point that the graphics and games themselves are so good and smooth that now you have to look at content and I don't think the PS3 will have better games than the 360. Plus as an Xbox live user, I don't think the PS3's service can beat it.

It comes out in November and both systems are garbage the Wii is what everyone should get. Its just more of the same I already had the 360 and sold it because I like my old Xbox better.

the ps3 is coming out in November this year it will be £450 i think it will be much better than the xbox 360 it will be so cool!!

I don't like the games for the PS3 so i don't think it will be better, plus graphics don't automatically make a system better than everything else, take the Wii for example: it has the worst graphics for a next-gen consoles but is the most popular.

It got delayed till Jan 07 I think. It is going to be better than the 360 technology wise... but you are gonna have to pay a pretty penny for it. LOL.

It comes out in Jan. I work at Blockbuster and I was informed that any game you play on you system can't be played on another. Example if you played the game at your house you couldn't take it over to a buddies. The games burn themselves so they only play on the system it was first played on.
