My sister had under the muscle implants and she could not breast feed.

The chance is there, but it unlikely. When an implant is placed, often times it displaces the milk glands and ducts, and makes it very hard for the milk to pass through the ducts and into the nipple passage. Furthermore, a chief complaint of breast implant recipients is a loss of sensation in the nipple - whether or not this is related to inability to breast feed, I don't know. Bottom line - if you want to be able to breast feed, forget the implants for now.

If you are talking about a breast implant, yes, you can still breast feed. If you are talking about an entirely fake one, like after breast cancer or something, then no.

no they cant because the procedure it is advised by doctors that those mothers shoudnt feed as it can effect the implants

A plastic surgeon will tell you it is possible. A gynecologist and a pediatrician will tell you it is not possible.
