Think it all depends on which time zone your talking about.
Eastern Time Zone-5 hrs behind
Central Time Zone-6 hrs behind
Mountain Time Zone-7 hrs behind
Pacific Time Zone-8 hrs behind
Newfoundland Time Zone-3 1/2 hrs behind
Atlantic Time Zone-4 hrs behind
It also depends on the time of season too because of Day Light Saving time. During the summer we gain an hour and during the winter we lose an hour. So the time would change again. but generally it the above time schedule.

That depends on where you are in Canada. If you are in the equivent of US Eastern time Zone, 5 hours. Mid-west, 6 hours, rocky mountain 7 hours, and pacific, 8 hours. Adjust for additional time zones.
