How many dimensions do we have according to recent superstring theory?

string theory does not consider the various possibles dimensions to be "spiritual".
On a side note, face it, when you die, you die. so enjoy life, it's the only one you have. Stop obsessing about what you'll do when you're dead.

What is spirituality? It's such a big broad question that we'd almost be better avoiding it here altogether, but let's just simplify it instead.
The mind is the brain which dies with the body so mind and body are physical. However the 'spirit' is a non-physical entity which is not dependent on the physical, space or time - it transcends them.
The other dimensions are not able to be physically experienced, however through OBE's (Out of Body Exp's) some other dimensions can be perceived. If an OBE is an experience of the spirit then would the dimensions only able to be experienced through OBE not have to be spiritual dimensions?
The only way to really find out is for yourself through your own direct experience. There is loads of information on 'Gnosis' but be careful as lots of the info is crap. Remember the whole point is to see for yourself, so when sites insist on having all the answers it's usually a good sign to steer clear.

There's nothing spiritual about them, but currently the hypothesis is 11 spatial dimensions (including the three we live in), plus one time dimension.

There is no evidence whatsoever.
If you say, "it's undetectable, but it's there" you have defined a situation in which the "other universe" can never ever affect us in ANY way... or they'd be somehow detectable. Since they can have no effect whatsoever on us, the logical tool called Occam's Razor removes them from any consideration of reality.
Therefore, there is no parallel undetectable universe.
