I won't watch a number of the colorized classics - they are SUPPOSED to be in black & white.

Apart from the people refusing to watch colorised classics (good call) i cant believe how narrow minded some people are. I watch every film that comes out at the cinema and watch DVD's as part of my job. On average I watch 1000 movies a year and there isnt a type of film or any particular actor that I wouldnt watch. Some of my greatest cinema going pleasures have been seeing films that i wasnt looking forward to that turn out to be spectacular.
As for people not watching foreign films!!!!! Good god, get over your xenophobia and open your eyes to some of the most inventive moviemaking in the world

I very rarely will do this, but since I saw "Hostel" I won't watch another movie out like it. I think it's all gratuitous violence and it pains me to think that we all are "titilated" (I hate that word, by the way, but it fits this scenario the best) by this kind of gore. We don't appreciate real death anymore when the emotion is removed. Anyway, that's about it. Anything else I'm a little more open to.
Oh, and i won't watch the new "teeny bopper" remakes of my ages old classic 80's teen flicks, like Dirty Dancing and such. It's just never the same. Can't stand it. I can just see it now... "The Breakfast club" with Lindsey, Hillary and Paris! Ahh!!!

I refuse to watch any movie that changes history to make the US look good. Two movies in particular - Mel Gibson's "The Patriot" (which outrageously re-writes the history of the Civil War to make British soldiers look like evil scum and US soldiers are made to look like perfect angels) and even worse, U-571. In real life, British sailors lost their lives during the incident but in the movie, the British are ignored and it is the US Navy that rides into battle. Typical Hollywood.

Any movie with Nicolas Cave Oops!!! Cage or Melanie Grifffffiitiththththth! Just can't stand these two.
Oh! And King Kong remakes. The original one in black and white was the best.

I wouldn't watch movies directed by Clint Eatwood. It's a personal preference.
