Nothing,

its like hoisting a Confederate Flag in a community of blacks to commemorate the beginning of the civil war...

India treats it's muslim community very poorly, well at least some do, but you know how it goes.

Muslims in India have the much common things in India only rather than in Pakistan or in anyother Muslim country in the world
Particularly in south the muslims belong to the same ethnic groups as others exist in the region. The very same ethnic identities as that of Babars and Mahmut of Ghazni are not being found in purity even in UP & Bihar and due to intercultural mixes happened in the historical evolution of Indian continent. When days are passed we tend to have much in common irrespective of religious divide.
Hence in future the strongness of basic Indian culture will prevail over other intruded cultures.

There is no seperate flag for the muslim or anyone. This is the problem why Muslims in India still are not in the main stream and cause all problems.
