i have caught her in many lies lately(little white ones) lies are lies 2 me.
she is the most irritating person i know. she has constantly got to be interupting me, trying to hug me and everyone.
telling jokes that are not funny.
after last lie i confronted her! i told her exactly how i feel.
ive asked her to quit .
she drives 25 minutes per day to irritate me..lol.

she has quit several , says ppl are mean to her. i wonder why!!
she cannnot stand correction.
iam one of the managers over her. she gives out wrong food alot too. i dont feel that i need 2 be the one 2 write her up.she may say its personal.
i have changed my schedule this week to avoid her.
we always work same days & hours.
how can i really get rid of her fast?
i dont want her hurt or anything, just away from me!!!

Talk to the your manager or the person who works above you. Who hired your friend? Did she write you down as a reference? Talk to the person who hired her..can they fire her? I would write a list on why your friend is not good for the company. If that doesnt work maybe she can get transfered to another location...like in Eurpore or Asia...lol. If that doesnt work than you need to explain the situation to your supervisors that you cannot work around her presence because of personal reasons. You are way nicer than me, I would of yelled at her personally outside of work a long time ago!!

i don't think that you can get away with the problem easily.

i suggest you talk to her and tell her (again) how badly you fel about the situation.

you are not the one who are suppose to quit (and it's not reasonable to quit just because of her!). If she continues to tell lies about you, better prove that it is not true! Show the people the real you and definitely, they will know that she is telling a lie.

i hope you resolve your case with her in a good way but if not...

Just remember to keep your personal life personal and don't let it affect your work. If you do it could be the result of you losing your job if it gets to you.

The best way is to be a manager who manages. Explain to her that as a manager you can't be friends with her and need to treat her as any other employee. Then document her bad work behavior just like you would any other employee. It is important for a manager to be consistent with all employees. As long as you are then when you have enough to fire someone they can't say it is personal. Last of all don't let her and your feelings toward her change your schedule and way of working.

1st of all, i'm sure shes not driving to work JUST to annoy you. if you're a manager, you need to put all friendship aside and do whats right for the company. friendship is friendship but business is business. i used to work with someone like that but he was MY manager. i along with everyone else hated him so much that we all ended up quitting after complaining about him and never getting any help from other managers. once they realized that they were losing employees because of one dimwit, they demoted him. you need to do whats best for your fellow employees. writing her up is no more offensive than asking her to quit. write her up for lying or inappropriate behavior in the work place. if shes serious about her job, shell knock it off. otherwise, fire her.
